William Henry Pratt (23 November 1887 – 2 Februari 1969), lebih dikenali sebagai Boris Karloff (/ˈkɑːrlɒf/), ialah seorang pelakon lelaki Inggeris yang terkenal dengan filem seram.[2] Beliau melakonkan raksasa Frankenstein dalam Frankenstein (1931), Bride of Frankenstein (1935) dan Son of Frankenstein (1939). Beliau juga muncul sebagai Imhotep in The Mummy (1932).
