Wagyu (和牛, Wagyū, "lembu Jepun") adalah salah satu daripada empat baka Jepun untuk lembu daging. Di beberapa kawasan di Jepun, daging wagyu dihantar dengan membawa nama kawasan. Beberapa contohnya adalah daging lembu Matsusaka, daging lembu Kobe, daging lembu Yonezawa, daging lembu Mishima,[1] daging lembu Ōmi, dan daging lembu Sanda.
